Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi Gorilla Forest 

Our company driver will pick you and set off for a scenic drive to Bwindi impenetrable national park with lunch in Mbarara and continue to the park through Kabale town also known as “theSwitzerland of Africa”. Reach late evening for dinner and overnight stay at Lake Mutanda lodge. 

Day 2: Gorilla trekking and community walk. 

After breakfast, we shall pick up our packed lunch and enough water for the trekking. You will assemble at the park headquarters for briefing by the park rangers about the dos and don’ts while with the gorillas. Continue for the memorable activity in an evergreen forest that may take 2-8hours depending on the movement of the primates. Meet and stay with the animals for a maximum of one hour after which you will be awarded certificates. Then have lunch and relax . You will be picked up by the driver to the lodge for relaxation, dinner and overnight. 

Day 3: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National park. 

In the morning after your breakfast, you will transfer to Queen Elizabeth National park passing via Ishasha where you will enjoy a game drive to see tree climbing lions and other animals as well as a number of bird species. Reach early enough for lunch at Enshama safari lodge in the afternoon, have a launch drive along the Kazinga channel that gives good views of hippos, crocodiles, buffaloes and birds like African fish eagle king fisher, herons, blue turaco and many more. Dinner and overnight at Enshama safari lodge. 

Day 4: Morning game drive and Chimpanzee trekking. 

Have breakfast and then go for an early morning game drive in search for lions, buffaloes, elephants among others, and return at the lodge for lunch and relaxation. After lunch, report at the park headquarters for briefing and afterwards descend into the gorge for chimpanzee tracking that also rewards sightings of other primates like the vervet monkeys, red colobus monkeys, baboons among others. Return to the lodge for dinner and overnight stay at Enshama safari lodge. 

Day 5: Transfer to Kampala. 

Early morning, you will have your breakfast and then transfer to Kampala with lunch en route and photography at the equator, reaching in the afternoon to your hotel or transfer to the airport for your flight back home.
